My name is Jacqueline Fernandez and I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I completed my Masters in jacCounselling. My counselling orientation is psychodynamic counselling however I have training in CBT and person centred therapy.

I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore how you are feeling and to find ways to help understand what you are going through. I offer confidential one to one counselling in both East and South London.

I currently provide counselling sessions in Barking, East London at the Sarah Agnes Foundation and at Faces in Focus in Elephant and Castle.  I provide 50 minute sessions on a weekly basis. I have experience in short term therapy between 6 – 8 weeks and long term therapy depending on the client’s needs.

All counselling sessions are of 50 minutes duration and cost £45 per session. I offer a free 30 minute telephone call assessment to understand your needs and expectations of the therapy and for you to decide whether I am the right therapist for you.
